Though fairly fit and flexible throughout my life, I had been experiencing chronic hip and shoulder pain. The techniques and alignment corrections taught in Stacy’s classes are easy to do, relaxing, and I found improved mobility and pain relief from the first session. I am able to apply what I have learned to my daily life and am enjoying being pain free! – Monica M.
I had been living with lower back pain for over 15 years. Massage helped while I was getting the massage but as soon as it was over the pain was back, icing helped a little but the pain was still there, sitting in a hot tub felt good but the pain was still there. I did have one acupuncture treatment but I didn’t notice any relief. I tried all kinds of exercises to strengthen my back and that only made the pain worse, I tried yoga but still the pain was there. Then I found out about Stacy’s classes and I was in because I really wanted to figure out what was going on with my lower back. The first class was so informative, I learned so much in just under an hour about how important it is to walk and how sitting affects our body and some really easy stretches that made my whole body feel so good. With two simple techniques that you do yourself and learning how to align my body, it felt like I was healed- it was that quick! The lower back pain I had been living with for over 15 years was gone! That was over a year ago and I have only had the pain come back three times and when it does I just do the two simple techniques (it takes me about 5 minutes). Stacy also taught me some other very simple stretches that I do almost daily along with some other stretching methods and I can honestly say I feel about 10 years younger. – Bridget Case
After a traumatic delivery, which resulted in multiple pelvic injuries, it was difficult to do basic things such as walking and climbing stairs. I had an infant and toddler son who depended on me for all their needs. After 3 months of clinical PT nothing seemed to be helping, so I consulted a specialist. X-rays revealed the extent of my injuries. I was told the next option was a surgery with a low success rate which left me worried about having to be in a wheel chair and having to still take care of my family. That weekend I asked for prayers at my church. The next morning I got a call from our parish nurse who said a woman had heard me and thought she could help! It was Stacy and she was the hope I so desperately needed! Calling Stacy that day was the best thing I could have done! She took her time to assess me and find ALL of the problems. She treated me as a whole person body and spirit. Within a few weeks I gained more motion and mobility then I had in months of clinical PT. She has been able to peel away the layers of my disability through her knowledge and expertise. Without her, I’d still be waiting to have that slow dance with my infant son. I owe her all the love, gratitude, and thanks in the world for giving that to me! –Stephanie Rojas
Stacy…I am thinking you are some kind of good witch! Last night I slept without pain in my left hip and down my leg and into my foot. I don’t know which move it was in yesterday’s session, but I want to do it again today so I can sleep pain-free again tonight! And as I have told you numerous times before—I have suffered low back pain for years which was sometimes crippling and now can function like a normal person since I stand like I was taught in your sessions! I love to tell people that I gave up pain pills and muscle relaxers for acupuncture and your classes! Thanks, thanks, thanks! –BS
“I came to Stacy with plantar fasciitis and ankle/calf pain that was keeping me from the things I loved (hiking, walking trips) and causing me to lose sleep and vitality. I had seen another PT for about a month of regular visits with no improvement before coming to Stacy. She has more than exceeded my goal of being able to walk for an hour without pain (during or after), and there was marked improvement within a few weeks. I am really happy with the improvement and changes that Stacy has helped me make.” –Anne Decker
