How does it work?
I will meet with you to discuss your company's needs and establish a proposal. Most company visits will be in 2-4 hour increments. The time can be used for lunch and learn type presentations, sessions of 45-60 minute group movement classes and single or duo "mini-sessions" at the employee's workstation. Establishing new habits and learning new ways to move or position the body requires repetition. Repeated twice monthly sessions over a period of 3 months are suggested as the most popular option to get a group of employees started on the road to utilizing dynamic workstation wellness!
